WallCooler is a VPN software that you can download from Vedivi website at the following address: http://www.vedivi.com/download.

To use WallCooler, you need to create an account. All you need is a valid email address and a password.
The email and the password you provide will be used to sign-in to WallCooler once you have downloaded it.

Once you have created your account, we will send you an activation email.
Just click on the activation link and your account will be ready to use.

A Standard account can then be upgraded to a Professional or Enterprise account at any time.

	Standard:	Ideal for accessing your Home or Office computer remotely.
	Professional:	Ideal for frequent users requiring VPN access to an Home or Office network.
	Enterprise:	Ideal for small/medium company in need of a full yet affordable VPN solution.

The Standard Account is the ideal remote access solution.

It can be used for different purposes:

1. Classic WallCooler usage: you just need to connect from one computer to another.

   Sign-in to WallCooler on both sides with the same Vedivi account, and your two networks will see each other.

2. Enterprise usage: Connect to another user's computer/network.

   If a company or a friend is running WallCooler Enterprise.
   Then use your Standard Account to connect to their network (i.e: your office).
   
   Note: The user running the Enterprise or Professional account needs to authorize you to connect to his network.

If you are a frequent user of WallCooler, you might want to consider upgrading to a Professional Account.

A key benefit of using a Professional Account lies in Multiple User & Connection Support:

• Using a Professional account with WallCooler on your Home computer allows you to authorize several Standard Users to connect simultaneously to your home network.
